Booking conditions

- Reservations are requested by e-mail to our e-mail address, info@pudulodge.com . The telephone inquiry does not guarantee the reservation.
 
- To confirm the reservation, it will be necessary to pay as a deposit 20% of the total amount 60 days before the check in date. In case of overlapping of requests, the payment of the sign should be done on the spot.

- The outstanding balance of the reservation must be paid 30 days before the day of arrival to the Hotel. In all cases the services must be fully pre-paid.

Cancellation Policy

- Reservations can be canceled without charge until 60 days before the date of arrival to the Hotel.

- Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to the check in date will have a penalty of 20% of the total of the reservation.

- Cancellations received within 30 days prior to the date of arrival will not be refunded.
